Hi everyone,
Just to say that I have not left but am in the process of moving house. yes exactly, any of you that have done this know that there are not enough hours in the day to pack, remove furniture etc.etc.etc. So, it is very exciting because we are building a one story wooden house to our own specifications on a piece of land that we own in the same village that we already live in. However, we need to get to the point of moving in after it is built so will be house-sitting for friends during the winter. A win-win situation for all of us. I may need some good and easy non oven meals using very basic equipment, ie saucepans, as most of my pots ,pans, gorgeous oven, not long bought and packed up again will not be available to me.
all will be well, my friends have a good kitchen but when it is someone else's one doesn't want to risk burning, scraping, damaging, breaking anything does one? Watch this space and ................wish me luck. Bye for now
