Simmering on induction cooktops

Simmering:

I believe a rapid, multiple-times-per-second, pulsing of the power, between fully ON and fully OFF, would provide a better way to simmer on electric cooktops compared with ON for 5 seconds / OFF for 12.

Is it possible to buy a cooktop which features "rapid pulsing" i.e a PWM induction range?

Welcome to DC Georgy. I don't know if anyone here has an induction stove top. But there is an excellent chance I could be wrong. Wouldn't be the first time.
