HI! Welcome to my first post, today I wanted to share with you my super easy and delicious dessert. I made this the other day not knowing what to expect, and I was absolutely dumb founded, because it was THAT good. It seriously only took around 30 minutes to make and eat :pig:

Lets get to it! So to create this marvellous dessert you will need:
Strawberry Mousse Mixture
Butter Scotch cookies
light milk
Sour cream
Yogurt.
Strawberry or raspberry jam!
Fresh strawberries
Stand mixer
4 serving glasses or more

Method: Create your mousse by the instructions on the packet (I added some sour cream into mine by replacing some milk). Crush your biscuits and place some in the bottom of your serving glasses. Add a layer of your mousse, then some jam. Add some more crushed up cookies, and some yogurt and some strawberries, keep layering and finish it off with some more strawberries and some crushed cookies.

ANDDD your done! If you want to watch how I actually make it, feel free to do so! :D The full recipe has already been uploaded (here)

I hope you enjoy ! <3
