My husband and I are trying to sell our home
so that we can't move from Southern Arizona
to Northern Arizona where are dearest, life-long
friends live.
BUT...
to do that we NEED to sell this place first.
SO,
I'm looking for as much positive KARMA to be
thrown our way.

We have another private showing as well as Open House

More Help Needed, Please?

Okay, so here we are almost 5 months later
and our home here in Southern Arizona
still has not sold.
We've had 2 really crumby offers, super low-ball that
never came to anything.
We have 1 1/2 months left on our contingency contract on
the home we wish to build up in Northern Arizona,
closer to our oldest and dearest friends.
So, if everyone here at DC could please send a prayer up
for us to help move this along, we'd surely appreciate it.

We're under contract, now we just have to hold our breaths' for 10 days, for the legal "cooling off" or buyers remorse period mandated in the state of AZ.
