Pecan Pie Bars for a Crowd Recipe | Taste of Home

I made these pecan bars for Thanksgiving and cut the recipe in half. I only have one pan that size. I'm thinking of making the full recipe for Christmas and using a half sheet pan instead of the 2 jelly roll pans. Do you think I'd need to adjust the baking time for the bigger pan at all?

A half sheet pan (13x18=234 sq. in.) is smaller than the two JR pans (2@15x10= 300 sq. in.). So your bars will be a little thicker. You may have to adjust the time a little. Just keep checking them.

That looks like a tasty recipe, I may give it a try. Thanks.

They came out very tasty. They were a big hit at Thanksgiving. I want to take some to my in-laws when we go to Michigan for Christmas so I thought I'd make the whole recipe so I'd have some for my family and some for theirs.
