Dear all of you,

My Christmas menu is based around local porduce:

Truffle risotto ( recipe available on request)

Vitello tonnato (veal slices with a tuna sauce)

Home made tagliatelle with white Alba truffles

Bonet (a very traditional amaretti and chocolate dessert)

Pears braised in Moscato d'Asti

amaretti to go with the coffee.
