I am delighted to have discovered this community. I enjoy trying new recipes but nothing too complicated. My latest success is strawberry jam. Yes, I know it's not complex but this is the first year I've managed to persuade it to set.
I've had varying success with chutneys and am always on the look out for new recipes.
My latest disaster is attempting to make ice cream without the use of an icecream maker.
I am also 'trying' to grow my own herbs, fruit and vegetables.
