What are your good and bad characteristics?

My good things:
I'm 65 but strong and resilient.
I am loyal.
I am optimistic, mostly.
I am a good weight.
I sleep well, mostly.
I have empathy.
I can do for myself.

My bad things:
I smoke cigars.
I drink too much.
I'm something of a recluse.
I never forgive someone who purposely hurts my feelings.
I've been known to be vindictive.

Wow Liz! I love the honesty here - so refreshing! I don't see being a recluse as a bad characteristic necessarily (I am a semi recluse but have good social skills).

My good points:
- I am positive minded
- Compassionate/care about those that suffer
- I can easily make others laugh (used to do stand up comedy although you would never think so from my posts on this forum....a case of 'who knew?")
- I have a youthful face and a bit of an adolescent/young mindset
- I am creative, e.g. like to upcycle (adapt/reuse something discarded)

My bad points:
- I am outspoken e.g. my honesty gets me into trouble occasionally
- I lack patience
- I overeat
- I find exercising hard to get into (but I do have ageing aches and pains)
- I am very picky when it comes to choosing friends

Good:
I've always had a thirst for knowledge.
I have strong moral values.
I love deeply.
I'm not what anyone would consider wimpy.

Those things can also be twisted into

Bad:
I think too much.
I'm often too judgemental and idealistic.
I often procrastinate.
I worry too much about things I can't change.

Hm.

Good:
I'm very creative, and tend to think outside the box. About just about anything.

I'm good with one-liners and zingers, and have a crazy sense of humor.

I'm generous to a fault.

Bad:
I've been told I think with my heart instead of my head, especially when working with kids.

I have a nasty sarcastic tongue, and I'm not afraid to use it.

I'm a procrastinator, especially when it comes to cleaning or mucking out the basement and garage. A bit of a hoarder.
