sorry

Sorry about the confusion, having cooked fresh beef, pork and ham. then frozen, after defrosting can any leftovers be vacuum packed for a short period.:ermm:

So you cooked fresh pork, beef and ham and froze them. Then you defrosted them and ate some, and you want to know whether the leftovers can be vacuum-packed and presumably re-frozen?

Yes, you can do this. Freezing cooked foods more than once can affect their quality, but assuming you handled them correctly and cooled them promptly, you can vacuum pack and freeze them.
