Hey guys!
Just joined DC and I'm super excited about it! I'm 28, and have been cook since I was a little girl. It's definitely my biggest passion. I've been to school for culinary arts and have also been working as a cook for most of my adult life. Really thrilled to see that a forum like this exists because all too often I find myself wondering certain things and not ever knowing who to ask (although I did find out recently that there's a baking hotline?? I reeeally needed help with some soufflés! LOL)
Anyway super excited to be here! Can't wait to get acquainted with you all ?
