Help identify snack bars from photo

Hello,
We recently purchased a couple of pans from USA Pan. The labels had pictures of food bars that look absolutely delicious. At the USA Pan website they have a bunch of recipes, but none that match these pictures. Any links to similar recipes would be greatly appreciated!

The bars look like Seven Layer Bars to me. The thing that could lead to a different interpretation is the 7 layer bars I've seen had mini marshmallows scattered on top and get all toasty when baked. I don't see this in your picture.
