New to the forum definitely not new to cooking. I have worked in kitchens before as both a prep and a lead. I baked my first carrot cake from scrarch at 5. I love cooking and creating wonderful, amazing, unique, or interesting gustatory experiences. I have never had formal training. I am looking forward to learning and sharing.
