I'm gonna piss off some but grilling fruit is absurd. Just eat it. Grilling vegetables is also kind of lame unless they are on a kabob stick with lamb. That's my 2¢ worth

The words "fish stew" are deceptive because stew means long cooking. You *might* stew most of the ingredients but the fish, shrimp, oysters, should be put in the pot only in the last 5-10 minutes....

My unyeasted sourdough bread is steamed-baked on the stove. No oven use. It's too heavy for most people. But it has a very good caraway-rye taste....
