Why not trying to fry the chicken with olive oil then use the tomatoes, spinach, onions and add some gralic and tomato sauce for the sauce. I'm not an expert chef at all but this was what I thought....

I think the others are correct in saying that if you are using the oven to melt the cheese, the soups heat is enough and you really don't have to put it in the oven. I do hope the soups fine. :smile:
