Cinnamon Syrup- TNT

I wasn't real sure where to post this but since it's a syrup, I thought it would fit in with the Sauces.

1/2C. light corn syrup
1C. granulated sugar
1/4C. water
1tsp. cinnamon
1/2C. evaporated milk

Combine corn syrup, sugar, water, & cinnamon in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until all sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat & allow to cool for 5 minutes. Stir in milk. (Make sure you allow syrup to cool or milk will curdle.) Serve warm over french toast, pancakes, or ice cream.
