Chef Extraordinaire
2 cups shredded carrots
1 can crushed pinepple, drained
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup peanuts
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup mayo
1/8 teaspoon salt
lettuce leaves
Toss carrots with everything down to the peanuts in a bowl. In small bowl combine yogurt, mayo, and salt. Pour over carrots and stir gently to coat. Serve in lettuce lined bowl.
