Consistency of breakfast bars when coming out of oven.

I am making: Lite Oatmeal Raisin Breakfast Bars Recipe : Recipezaar - What should the consistency of this be when I take it out of the oven? It's been in over 30 minutes but it's still squishy... Will they harden when taken out and cooled?

All of the "bars" that I've ever made were soft when taken out of the oven and firmed up when cool.
