I've really got a sweet tooth lately (and I'm afraid it shows). I have made several varieties of pies that involve graham cracker crusts with gelatin/whipped topping/cream cheese fillings. They're all good but I'd like something new. If someone has some recipes that they have enjoyed I'd love to hear from you. (If I have missed another thread on the same topic, please redirect me.)

How about hollowing out an orange, lemon or lime...and filling with sorbet and then refreezing?
Makes a nice presentation, too.
