Avocado Brownies

I'm trying this recipe out this week. I'm guessing that it will go into an 8x8 pan, by the amounts of the ingredients.
I'll let you know how it turned out

AVO-BROWNIES
20 Baker’s unsweetened chocolate squares
1 stick Butter
2 c. Sugar
1 c. Flour
3 Tbsp. Avocado, mashed
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Nuts - optional

Microwave the chocolate and butter till liquid. Mix remaining ingredients together and add to chocolate mix.
Pour into brownie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.

I guess it's no different than putting mayo or applesauce in a cake! But 20 oz of chocolate! Wow!
