Seven Layer Bars?

Any tried and true recipes for a 7 layer bar?

1 stick of butter melted in a 13x9 pan
add 1 to 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs to make crust to cover the bottom of the pan

measurements for ingredients below are "enough to cover" layer below, in order:
flaked coconut
chocolate chips
butterscotch chips
chopped nuts

pour 1 can sweetened condensed milk over top and bake for 30 minutes at 350

Thanks for posting this. We made those a lot when my kids were home. It brought to mind another similar recipe which I want to look up - Dream bars. They were so good, but maybe not quite as rich as 7 layer bars. I hope I can remember what recipe book they are in.

I use the same recipe as mudbug - if you want them to be extra sweet and sticky, add mini marshmallows to the top before cooking.
