We had breaded and baked pork chops, twice-baked potatoes (sour cream, cheddar cheese, and chives), and asparagus smothered with Parmigiana Reggiano. At least you can see my asparagus. Himself's? Not so much.

I made tartiflette again and a salad homemade vinaigrette. I put a few slices of peeled. raw sunchoke in the salad. That was a really nice addition. It has a mild, interesting flavour and the texture adds a bit of really nice crunch.

We had pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes and broccoli.
Baked a white cake for dessert.
