2 August Saturday Dinner?

The same meal we've been having for just about every Saturday this summer!

Marinated chicken (marinated in our own concoction)
Dill Yukon Gold taters
Fresh sweet corn

after working the overnight, i got stuck working 'till 1pm today, and then be back in by 9pm tonight. so i just picked up takeout italian for dinner.

we had an antipasta salad, eggplant rolatini, extra spicy mussels marinara, and a large, super thin crust pizza.

We sent for sushi - YUM ...and cold, unfiltered sake - DOUBLE YUM!

The "princess" wanted mac 'n cheese, so that's what we had. I told her she had to make it herself though if she wanted to eat it...

Brats simmered in apple juice, finished on the grill. Mac salad. I also made tommrow night's meal, as I have to work over time. Grilled Ham and Pinapple Kabobs brushed in sweet and sour sauce, Sugar Snap Peas and Kalijira Rice.
