Yes our tea is our main meal :)
Yes, but is that a main meal at noon or in the early evening?

We had pulled pork sandwiches and cole slaw. I started making http://www.discusscooking.com/forums/f49/kayelles-authentic-2-day-carnitas-81053.html#post1173317, but I haven't gotten to the roasting the pork after braising it part yet, so I used the braised pork for the sandwiches. I made BBQ sauce using this recipe: Smoky Barbecue Sauce recipe - Canadian Living. I left out the sugar and salt. It was really good. We added some Franks RedHot to give it a bit of heat. I will tweak it a bit next time.

We used whole grain baguette for the bread.

I'm stuffed.

We only class our night time tea as a main meal...lunch and breakfast we dont class as a main :)

Steak, broccoli, tomatoes, green peppers, and watermelon.
So--no propane for the gas BBQ. Fired up the smoker (which is supposed to be a charcoal grill as well). The steak was flipping amazing. Smoky (how that happened without wood chips added, I don't know). I was in heaven. I have some salmon in the freezer--hmmmmmm..can't wait to cook that,
