We did pizza. I didn't have time to let the crust rise twice though, so it was just OK.

I actually wanted a splash of pineapple juice for the marinade, but I don't have any! (No oranges or fruit either, we have to go shopping this weekend, we're almost out of food!)

I do have a buffet CD though. As soon as Brian Wilson (got Blue Hawaii ging right now) is done, I may que that up.

(Speaking of blue hawaii, where's that Elvis CD????????)

last night was sashimi again. i love being zen catholic. it makes you eat good food on fridays.
miso soup, salad with garlic viniagrette dressing, ginger broiled squid appy, sashimi deruxe for 2, salmon skin temaki, eel topped california roll.

Between a busy work week and the bad weather I have not been around too much this last week. For you computer geeks out there I took an ArcGIS 9.0 course. For dinner on Friday I had leftover spaghetti with meatballs and sauteed spinach.
