5/16 Special: Kurobuta Pork Loin

Absolutely the best flavored pork you'll ever eat. Kurobuta is from the same breed as Berkshire pork. Great, great stuff.

Grilled Soy-Sake Marinated Kurobuta Pork Loin
Butter Poached White Asparagus, Masala Spiced Turned Potato, Wild Mushroom Jus


The asparagus in the pic hasn't been poached yet because it was the display plate

Wow, that is sure to make my dinner look bad. Tonight will be pork roast, and I haven't decided what to make as a side dish... I ate all the asparagus yesterday

Oh, dear, I'm jealous. I made Greek egg drop soup (stock from the freezer, a half a lemon, a handful of spinach, and a few eggs).
