My apologies.. When posting about that recipe in other threads, I've said I don't care for cookie/cracker crusts and that I use store pie crusts. I forgot to mention that again..

I'm going to go along your route Ross, and try this recipe as a whole pie to share with the neighbors too.
I'll see if I can cut it down for that 6 inch pan too while I'm at it.



We used to by this pie when we were invited to parties, it's ONO!!

Have you ever tried Nilla wafer or oreo/chocolate cookie crusts? I'm not find of graham crackers, but like the other 2. There's also a saltine crust from ATK.

Tomato and Basil Rissoto Tues supper and then again for today's lunch with ham and aspic...
still more aspic to go. Probably won't get thru it all before it grows little white polka dots.

Yes I have.. I won't turn those crusts down, if offered but, I really like regular pie crust..
