my birds and i love almonds. we share some every morning. i trick them into opening them for me. when they object, i show them a frozen chicken or 2 from the freezer, and they get cracking...

almond crusted fish, or with herbs on a rack of lamb, or in steamed/sauteed veggies, or even almond butter on pear slices are some of my faves.
