Today I made some hot sauce caviar and avocado puree w a touch of chicken stock....

Little flavor bursts. Are the pearls solid all the way through?
I'm thinking eating with a shrimp dish or perhaps in a bloody / virgin mary.

No , they are liquid inside! I put then in my oyster shooters. Here is an older pic of how I use them/ The green one's are mint.

I love this idea. How do i do it? At the moment we are in temporary accommodation while our new wood house is being built so I don't have my own equipped 'kitchen' as!! usual. This is also why I am not posting much at the moment. But, it is all exciting stuff
