Boxing Day supper, Sunday, 2021-12-26

I pooped myself out making a simple supper. Store bought, breaded haddock pieces, oven fries with malt vinegar, leafy salad with homemade vinaigrette, and I also made some remoulade and cut up a lemon to go with the fish. It was really quite tasty.

Oven baked shrimp with rice and carrots for lunch. Delish.

Potato Chips for dinner.
