Did anyone eat dinner? Mon. 12/9/19

We had some grilled swordfish cooked on top of the stove, and scalloped potatoes with steamed broccoli.

Tonight we are both under the weather. It was Habitant French Canadian pea soup for us tonight. Not much appetite and no energy. I'm hoping it isn't the flu. My hubby's boss's wife is an immunologist and she said that this year, they guessed wrong about which strain of flu should be in the vaccine. Phooey, but, we know that is always a possibility.

We had leftovers from lunch Sunday - chuck roast with potatoes & carrots,mashed potatoes & gravy, and sweet peas.

Dinner last tonight was stove top grill pan strip steak and steamed spinach.

We never ate the leftovers after the football game so that was Monday's dinner.
