It was hot here, too, but DH agreed to grill dinner outside, so all I had to do was prep. I marinated pork chops in a homemade porchetta seasoning and cut half a red onion, some asparagus and a summer squash from the garden into pieces. While he grilled, I made a sauce - a reduction of balsamic vinegar and honey infused with fresh basil from the garden - to drizzle over everything. Delish.
Anyplace where people argue about food is a good place.
