Dinner Friday, 7-3-2020 ~ Independence Day Eve

We had difficulty mustering up an appetite all day. Too hot/ humid. The only thing that's worked up a sweat around here is our ice tea glasses.

Supper was BLT's. a pickle and a handful chips, and of course, ice cream. Funny, there's always room for ice cream.
 
Another experimental go at pasta salad with store bought, 3 cheese tortellini. This time I added some frozen peas and corn niblets, radish, and thinly sliced red onion. I served it over a bed of torn Boston lettuce. There was also charcuterie added to the salad. It was filling and tasty.
