Dinner Friday, 7-3-2020 ~ Independence Day Eve

We've been grazing on leftovers. I'm thinking of making salads. Thinking...

I hope your meal was more exciting than ours! Whadja have?

We had orange chicken over sesame rice and a tossed salad.

We had difficulty mustering up an appetite all day. Too hot/ humid. The only thing that's worked up a sweat around here is our ice tea glasses.

Supper was BLT's. a pickle and a handful chips, and of course, ice cream. Funny, there's always room for ice cream.

Another experimental go at pasta salad with store bought, 3 cheese tortellini. This time I added some frozen peas and corn niblets, radish, and thinly sliced red onion. I served it over a bed of torn Boston lettuce. There was also charcuterie added to the salad. It was filling and tasty.
