Dinner Mon 14th of May 2012

Tonight was vegetable lo mein, with garlic, ginger, grated carrot, mushrooms, and scallions.
 
No Idea. It is supposed to be pork day but I have some chicken thighs that need using or freezing so may change with tomorrow (poultry day). Not sure what I will do with them. I am still have no appetite at all but need to cook for DH.
I ended up sleeping all day and DH fended for himself, which he is more than capable of doing! :)
He grilled the chicken thighs, leaving me some to heat up with rice and peas. Then he grilled a breast cutlet for his dinner sandwich at work. He also cleaned the kitchen, and made me a batch of ice tea (unsweetened with lemon the way I like it :)) for when I woke up.

He's a keeper :wub:
