GG - How was the baked beans? I printed that recipe after seeing the show and wondered if they were too sweet.

I thought they were great. The molasses gave them a nice complex flavor, but not too sweet. I liked them even before they were baked. After baking, they were nice and caramelized and really delicious. It's a keeper for us.
