Spent the day at the Aquarium with my little Grand-daughter, and the wide-eyed awe in her eyes was golden.... But Dinner then becomes an emptying of the Fridge of Lefty Veggies, thrown into a pound of cooked Ground Beef, Half a Vidalia Onion, a can of Stewed Tomatoes, a small can of Mushroom pieces,
Some Cooked Elbows, and it's Goulash Americana !

Boneless center cut pork chops stuffed with spinach, shallots and feta with green beans on the side.

I had a pan fried boneless thin cut rib steak on a lightly buttered sesame roll.

I made a salad of a variety of leaves (sorrel, young rainbow chard, mustard greens, Romaine lettuce) and some thinly sliced red onion. I made my sort-of spaghetti carbonara.

I made a ham and leek quiche. Sides were roasted Brussels sprouts and stir fried baby bok choy. I got a huge bag of it when we stopped at an Asian market last week. It was only $2.95 for the entire bag, which must have been at least two pounds!
