We went out for Cuban food. We split a bean soup & a Cuban sandwich with a side of black beans & rice and fried bananas.
 
Since it was a fairly nice spring like day, DH decided to BBQ for us. I prepped some chicken legs with a marinade of butter, lemon and garlic. He also did potatoes and corn on the cob (which I had blanched and put in the freezer, not quite as good as fresh but still good) and I made Caesar Salad.

Ribs and baked potatoes for us last night with a bit of home made slaw.

I rarely glaze ribs but had some pineapple, orange and freshly ground Chipotle. I used a bit of my Memphis Sweet sauce and the other ingredients to make a glaze applied just for the last hour of smoking. The BGE and the DigQ II came through again with a nice controllable (even with the wind) 225º smoke.
