Dinner - Saturday 9th June

We worked all day - dh replacing some siding, priming and painting and I worked in some of my plants, and did lots of laundry and housework. SO, we had a spinach salad with ham, cheese, bacon crumbles,etc. It was quite good considering nothing except the bacon was cooked. We also had fresh strawberries and raspberries with a scoop of butter almond ice cream. I enjoy the way salad keeps me from feeling stuffed so I can have dessert.

Well, inbetween watching the pre-Belmont race stuff on tv (YAY RagsToRiches!!!!!!!), we fired up the charcoal grill & did some nice spicy "buffalo" wings. Came out great - can't believe I never did them outside before.

For lunch I had kon pao (their spelling!) chicken, dragon garlic beef, and fried rice from Panda Express during cat adoptiuons (and half a tin of altoids after!), and for supper I ordered the pizza I didn't order Friday night.
