Tonight we made a lovely Butter Chicken with naan breads

Work a 9.5 hour shift today. So, something quick tonight. Just pulled some ground beef for burgers. Stop at the chip truck for a box of fries.......

We have some butter chicken up in the freezer. I'll reheat that and make a fresh pot of rice and a salad.

Salmon Chettinad

I made THIS recipe tonight except I used salmon I had on hand instead of chicken. It was very good, IMO, but probably would have been better with chicken. It made our house smell very very good... although my wife was not as much of a fan of this one as some of my other dishes. She is not an Indian fan though.

I would make this again when my SO is not here.
