Ol-blues melt in your mouth meatloaf!
I tried the veggies a different way tonight. I oven roasted the potatoes instead of pan frying them like I started to, and I fried the green beans, asparagus and corn on med heat without steaming first. I was going for a carmelized flavor. They got the carmelized look, but the flavor and texture were basically the same... weird.
It all went down good though!
