Are you talking about smoked or fresh sausages? Sounds yummy. Also what is Chili sauce? I am thinking something like a fancy ketchup.

you can either types of sausage, Hotdog sausages work well too, and chili sauce when I say It is like Tobasco, in fact use tobasco if you don`t have any home made, it`s there as much for the aroma as the Kick it has also.

Last night I made my favorite Chicken/Asparagus/Oyster Sauce/Preserved Black Bean stirfry, but instead of just using one bunch of green asparagus, I used a bunch of green & a bunch of white.

Delicious & colorful!!
