Chili in the pressure cooker. The KN curled today and I went in to town to get my hair cut. By the time we were done with running errands, it was 5:30. I knew it would be so, chili and tossed salad were on the menu. I snuck some toasted pepitos into his salad and spiced up the chili a wee bit.
 
Getting a jump start ahead of the leftovers. Sliced off some of the ham planned for dinner this weekend and made ham and broccoli quiche. Broccoli was in the refrigerator, so made quick work of that too. Salad with Kalamata olives and sliced cukes and blue cheese dressing.
 
We had burrito's. Large tortilla filled with seasoned ground beef, beans and cheese, rolled and topped with green chile sauce and served with chopped lettuce, tomatoes and some sour cream.
 
Jeannie was feeling a bit blah so, I make a pot of chicken noodle soup..

I also had a salami and cheese sandwich with my soup..

I baked brownies for dessert..
