Adobo chicken, sticky rice, broccoli.

I don't have a name for it but it is zucchini, onions, peppers, garlic, tomatoes and finish with egg and grated cheese. I may add pasta to it for dh but I'll just eat mine with crusty bread. We had this a lot when I was a kid (yup that long ago!)

It's sounds kind of Ratatouille-ish. How do you "finish with egg"?
