I wouldn't add the butter before baking. It will make your breading too soft.
really, I can't drizzle a little over the bread crumbs then bake? I thought that would help it crisp up the bread, not the other way around, learn something new everyday, I love DC, thanks Stine

I'm marinating chicken tenders in a mixture with orange juice and zest, lemon juice and zest, honey, chopped cilantro, salt and pepper. I'll skewer them and grill them up


The chicked skewers came out pretty good, nice balance of orange and lemon but the cilantro got lost.
 
i grilled sweet and sour marinated chicken leg quarters, and made italian style steamed baby bok choy (garlic, anchovy paste, evoo, water, and halved baby bok choy), and i had a salad from the garden.
