We had a day of grazing and were not hungry for a real meal so, I opened a chilled bottle of Sparkling Moscato Rose and enjoyed that with a slice of peach Kringle..

I did a nice Tri Tip in the sous vide finished on the searing burner and we had loaded baked potatoes along with a basket of our favorite marinated grilled veggies. Sure was tasty!!
