Dinner Wednesday 4/4

well seeing as it's already tomorrow and I'm just posting for today's meal, I guess I'm a little late.


Dinner was green salad with quick baked jumbo prawns in lemon juice, salt and pepper, coke light and raw cashews.

Last night I made some fresh basil/pine nut/garlic/parmesan pesto & tossed it with some Barilla Plus Angel-Hair pasta. Served with some Artichoke & Roasted Garlic Chicken sausages.

I think I'll have Mexican food! LOL!

We found this wonderful little whole in the wall place that
has the best food. CHEAP! 110 pesos for tacos and burittos. They are just
delish! Eat two and you're full and your tummy is overly happy.

I love it here. I might notcome home! Sun is so much better than cold and rain. Pelicans are so much more exciting than Robins. Sand is so much nicer to walk on than cement. Our condo here is so much nicer than the house at home. I LOVE IT All!!!!
