I grilled some chicken in chipolte marinade for hubby and some brown rice, and for me some shrimp kabobs in a tomatoe, garlic, and basil marinade courtesy of MCcormicks seasoning marinade :) and some green bean casserole.
 
Thanks for the update Tex! I wonder what can be done to remedy the gamey taste though? This is something I would try.
 
Another seafood night here! I briefly marinated some lovely Black-Tip Shark steaks in extra-virgin olive oil, Old Bay Seasoning, fresh lime juice, & chopped fresh cilantro, & broiled them. Served next to large portions of a mixed salad of baby greens with a Sesame-Ginger dressing.
