Dinner, Wednesday July 19th

I grilled some chicken in chipolte marinade for hubby and some brown rice, and for me some shrimp kabobs in a tomatoe, garlic, and basil marinade courtesy of MCcormicks seasoning marinade and some green bean casserole.

Sizz, the quail tasted like gamey chicken. It's good, but, they sure are tiny little boogers.

Thanks for the update Tex! I wonder what can be done to remedy the gamey taste though? This is something I would try.

Another seafood night here! I briefly marinated some lovely Black-Tip Shark steaks in extra-virgin olive oil, Old Bay Seasoning, fresh lime juice, & chopped fresh cilantro, & broiled them. Served next to large portions of a mixed salad of baby greens with a Sesame-Ginger dressing.
