Filet Mignon and Potato Plating for Josh Benske
Josh, the pic of the piped potatoes that I told you about are in this thread. Most of the young cooks that you'll be competing with will most likely just spoon the potato onto the plate or use a circle mold maybe. I think the judges will appreciate it if you use a piping bag:
