Stirling made taco meat. We discovered that the taco shells had gone stale. So, we had a Frito-taco salad. It was very tasty. I have put taco shells on the shopping list.

Chicken cesar, homemade dressing and croutons, homemade bread for the dark ones.

I sous vided a giant chicken breast. I ate half of it for dinner tonight along with some pilaf and carrots.

I'll use it for lunch tomorrow.

I made cheesy cauliflower soup, which we had along side tuna sandwiches served up in some of the leftover hot dog buns. At the moment the number of buns is the same as yesterday's leftover hot dogs! Small victories.
