DH has a migraine, so his tummy is delicate. I made a country omelette with feta and scallions. Whole grain toast to go with that. It hit the spot.

Pan fried pork chops, roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli.

We had leftover burgers, plus I made a bowl full of corn and tomatoes. April Florida corn is no August local farm stand corn, but it sure tastes good after winter veggies.

Split Pea and ham soup.
