SO is having a serving of the turkey noodle soup I made last week. I'm up for a quick pasta Alfredo.

Leftovers. I got hungry again fairly soon, so I made up a spread called "Northern Lights". Cream cheese, chopped walnuts, and chopped olives. I had some on a couple of slices of Wasa whole grain, crisp rye.
 
Boneless fried chicken thighs, mushroom parsley gravy with mashed spuds and spiced spiralized butter zucchini.

I like the looks of all that! Recently watched Alton Brown deboning thighs with scissors. Next time I bring home thighs I'm gonna do that.
